		<description>Jeff, thanks for your comments. Hompton and Rae are not the same. We cannot believe that they would make the same mistakes. Hompton has the advantage of learning from the mistakes of Rae. Hompton said that the budget hole that the universities will face will be filled by government grants. However, I do understand your concern that where exactly hompton going to get the extra money for the grants. I think we need to follow other provinces especially our neighbour Quebec. We pay the highest tuition fee in Canada. If Quebec can do this without much problems then we should be able to as well.</description>

		<description>So what we return to the Rae days?  I was a student under good ole Bob Rae and it was an outright disaster.  Tuitions went up faster than under any other government,  we had teachers not being paid and told to take time off we had the largest class sizes in the country.  If nothing else at least Harris actually managed to get some accountability into the system Rae was an outright disaster and there is no reason to believe that Hampton won&#039;t do the exact same thing.</description>
