		<description>Why doesn&#039;t it make sense for a party that has 5% of the votes to get 5% of the seats. It makes sense to me.

In fact I think it is reasonable to predict that the green party may receive more than 5% of the vote if people believe that the vote will actually help the green party.

I have been tempted to vote green in the past, but felt that I was throwing my ballot away because there is no way they could win in my riding.

Spending on elections may rise, but I am comfortable with the government getting more frequent feedback.

The proposed reform will not destroy our existing system. Granted it is a significant modification, but it will more accurately represent the electorate.</description>
