Hi Ferdous,

PR truly doesn't really mean anything. It's just a rating that becomes important when you go for selling advertisements.

The whole basis of SEO comes down to traffic. If you have a PR5 site with 50 visits everyday then it's not good.

You basically learn SEO by doing it rather than reading what other people are saying. You need some basic ideas and you have to look into your own strategies and see what's working.

There is no right or wrong in SEO. It's very dynamic. You can follow some blogs/sites such as seochat.com to see what they are saying about SEO. I am on top of SEO as I work with SEO in my job. I do have a page devoted to SEO in this blog. I didn't go into detail but you will get some ideas.

I would basically suggest you to start doing it and you will soon learn from your mistakes. I made a few mistakes initially. I had those paid reviews, which were not related to my content and so google dropped my PR. I am hoping go get my rank back soon.
